Mist is a fantastic book although I thought it started rather slowly. Nell's sister gets taken away by the Elvin and needs to be saved in under 24 hours or she will either stay in the mist and live for ever, or come out and age by 100 years
Its brilliant for readers who enjoy adventure books with things that wouldn't normally happen. Mist isn't very long, but another book, Frost, in the series is coming out in 2012. The end of Mist makes you want to keep reading on, and this is a book you'll never put down.
