In a bluebell wood, Arnold Rubens has built an invention that could change the world forever. This invention is inside a picture palace and is to be given to Amaryllis, Anold Ruben's daughter, on the night of her seventeenth birthday.
But this is not a present that Amaryllis wants, and now because of her father's invention she is in a world with no time and is struggling to remember her past and the fiture is not clear for Amaryllis.
Sally Gardne has written this book superbly. It is a thrilling and wonderful book that is a great fourth novel and a brilliant read.
